Codex assisted with interpreting the approved initial goal, interface/time
contracts, independent MoonBit DSP and streaming implementation, PCM/WAV adapter,
native file/measurement boundaries, deterministic tests, Python verification,
examples and documentation. User instructions required a local commit after each
completed step as yzy726, no push and no Mooncakes publication.

Evidence is generated by actual tools: native/js/wasm-gc tests, an independent
Python projection/direct convolution, raw binary64 samples, a 1/10-minute real
stream probe and an independently compiled consumer of the local package.
Measured values are not generated example scores. Generated interfaces and source
diffs were reviewed during delivery. No copied proprietary code or unknown audio
source is included; THIRD_PARTY lists the source boundary.

No human listening test, manual mathematical sign-off, external production
consumer acceptance, third-party security audit or copyright legal opinion has
been completed. User review remains available from source and retained evidence;
AI review is not represented as independent human approval. Publishing and final
1.0.0 scope require later work.
