# Attribution and provenance

Runtime dependency: ziju-max/genetic_code 0.1.0, Apache-2.0,
https://github.com/ziju-max/moonbit-genetic-code. Reused via package imports;
no upstream source code copied into this repository. Its IUPAC/FASTA/motif capabilities
are foundations, not MoonRestrict originality claims. Dependency copyright/license
remain with upstream and must accompany redistributed dependency source/binaries as applicable.
MoonBit core is provided by the toolchain (Apache-2.0).

All fixtures are short synthetic author-created strings, not biological datasets.
Enzyme definitions are explicit user input; no third-party enzyme catalogue is bundled.
Coordinate algorithms, tests and reports are original AI-assisted implementation.
See docs/competition/duplicate-check.md for inspected adjacent projects; those are
comparison references, not source ports or runtime dependencies.

A copy of the upstream Apache-2.0 license is retained at LICENSES/Apache-2.0.txt for redistribution context. MoonBit core copyright includes International Digital Economy Academy; upstream genetic_code attribution remains ziju-max and its original contributors. No upstream NOTICE file was present in the downloaded genetic_code 0.1.0 package root. Binary distributors must preserve applicable upstream licenses/notices rather than treating the repository MIT license as relicensing dependencies.
