Codex assisted topic research, implementation, synthetic fixtures, independent
oracle tests, debugging, documentation and release checks. The account owner is
responsible for reviewing and maintaining the project. AI output is not a formal
correctness proof. The implementation contains no copied proprietary code, live
customer records, scraped datasets or credentials. MoonConcept is an explicit
licensed dependency, not an AI-reimplemented implication engine.
