# Third-Party Notices

The implementation is based on the HTTP range request semantics specified by
RFC 9110, *HTTP Semantics*, particularly Sections 14.1–14.6, 15.3.7, 15.5.17,
and 17.15. RFC publications are available from the RFC Editor.

Several small Range and Content-Range values in the tests are reconstructed from
the examples and semantics in RFC 9110. No substantial RFC text and no
third-party library source code is copied into this project.

The runtime dependency is MoonBit core, distributed under its own license.
