# AI usage disclosure

The participant requested an original hackathon project and authorized autonomous local work.
An OpenAI Codex coding assistant assisted with research, design, MoonBit implementation, tests,
debugging, CLI/scripts, documentation and Git milestone preparation. The independent oracle was
also AI-assisted: algorithmic independence is not independent human review.

No embedded model, AI service, network inference or secret key is used at runtime. Implementation
and fixtures are original project work rather than an upstream port. Research claims are scoped
to recorded public searches and inspected sources.

Verification relies on actual compiler/test/oracle output, not an AI assertion of correctness.
The participant remains responsible for correctness, provenance, licenses, security and submission
accuracy. Hosted CI, publication and contributor attribution are not claimed before verification.
