# AI assistance disclosure

This project was designed, implemented, tested and documented with OpenAI Codex
assistance at the participant's request. Topic research, code, tests, commits,
publication operations and the local-only application were AI-assisted.

Generated code is not evidence of correctness. Executable assertions, independent
Python struct vectors, a bounded CPython xdrlib comparison, strict compiler checks
and real multi-target CI are the engineering checks. They do not imply organizer
approval, full RFC certification or absence of all bugs. No private application,
contact details or publication credentials belong in this repository.
