## Code and runtime dependencies

This module's `moon.mod` contains no third-party package dependency declaration, and this review does not identify vendored third-party source code. The project uses the MoonBit standard toolchain and standard library as its build/runtime environment; those are not bundled into this repository by this change.

## Bundled lexicon provenance limit

`segment/dict_data.mbt` contains a statically bundled lexicon with term-frequency weights and POS tags. This repository does not currently contain a pinned upstream snapshot, provenance manifest, extraction script, demonstrable copied-data range, or license record for those entries.

Accordingly, this release does not claim that the list is public domain, derived from CC-CEDICT, or otherwise cleared for redistribution. Before distributing the lexicon as third-party data, a maintainer must either provide source URLs, versions or snapshots, copied ranges, transformation steps, and compatible license notices, or replace it with data whose provenance is documented. This notice does not grant any additional rights to the bundled list.
