It builds upon and references the following third-party projects and
specifications. Unicode case-folding data is redistributed as noted below.

1. DMN Technology Compatibility Kit (TCK)
   Project:  https://github.com/dmn-tck/tck
   License:  Distinguish upstream Apache License 2.0 materials (see
             LICENSE-ASL-2.0.txt) from test cases: the upstream README declares
             a Creative Commons Share-Alike-With-Attribution license for
             test cases. Preserve attribution and ShareAlike requirements;
             the README does not identify a specific CC license version.
   Scope:    Official DMN test cases and models. The suite is fetched at
             commit 1e349176e5ae689d924a2a2c7a8df25c220d8b07 by
             scripts/fetch-tck.sh into the ignored .tck/ directory and is not
             redistributed in this repository. Recorded results in evidence/
             are derived test outcomes produced by this implementation.

2. OMG Decision Model and Notation (DMN) 1.5
   Project:  https://www.omg.org/spec/DMN/1.5/
   License:  OMG specification terms
   Scope:    Normative semantics of FEEL and DMN. The implementation was
             written independently from the specification text; no
             specification text is bundled.

3. Milky2018/xml
   Project:  https://github.com/Milky2018/xml
   License:  Apache License 2.0
   Scope:    XML parsing dependency declared in moon.mod (version 0.6.1).

4. moonbitlang/x
   Project:  https://github.com/moonbitlang/x
   License:  Apache License 2.0
   Scope:    Standard extensions (fs, json, string helpers) declared in
             moon.mod (version 0.5.7).

5. MoonBit core library and toolchain
   Project:  https://github.com/moonbitlang/core and https://www.moonbitlang.com
   License:  Apache License 2.0
   Scope:    Language runtime and build tooling used to compile and test the
             project. Not redistributed.

6. IANA Time Zone Database (tzdata 2026e)
   Project:  https://www.iana.org/time-zones
   License:  Public domain (IANA tz database data and code).
   Scope:    A generated subset of UTC transition data for 39 zone names,
             1970-01-01 through 2100-12-31. Generated from TZif data by
             scripts/generate-tzdata.py; input fingerprints are recorded in
             scripts/tzdata-sources.json. No platform time-zone API is used
             at runtime. Upstream attribution is retained in generated data.

5. Unicode Character Database 17.0.0

   License: Unicode License V3 (scripts/UNICODE-LICENSE.txt).
   Scope: scripts/CaseFolding-17.0.0.txt and generated simple-fold tables
