The original Owl project is Copyright (c) Owl Authors.

The port was created by translating OCaml source code to MoonBit. Per LGPL-2.1
Section 3, a work that uses a LGPL library may be distributed under its own
license terms, provided the original library's source code and license notice
are retained. This port constitutes an independent derivative work in a
different programming language (MoonBit), not a modification of the original
OCaml source. The original LGPL-2.1+ license and copyright notice are preserved
here for compliance.
