OpenAI Codex assisted with topic research, algorithm design, MoonBit code,
synthetic tests, debugging, documentation, account-isolated release operations
and local delivery checks. The published history represents real development
slices, not manually backdated or empty contributions.

The package is an original implementation rather than an automatic source port.
No private datasets, downloaded solver code, third-party media or generated
padding are included. Finite independent oracles and real target runs support the
claims; they are not formal verification. The participant remains responsible
for reviewing correctness, provenance, security, licenses and competition rules.
